that's awesome man. I'd say it looks good on its own but it could always be apart of a sleeve if you wanted to go in that direction. I have the same shape of cross on my back but different inside detail. I like your version

There are so many things you could do with this, vines, roses, thorns, cherubs, angels...
This list of possibilities are endless at this stage, I would start with what your interested in... It's a great piece alone as well!
