My "Water Dragon" lives on my left forearm and was done in 1988 in Worcester, England. I have no idea what the name of the artist or the shop was. Unfortunately, I didn't take proper care of this tattoo after it was done and it became horribly infected. I never had it redone as a lesson to myself about taking care of things....
