Taken from "Batman: Animated" this drawing by Bruce Timm, one of the animators from the Batman cartoon series in the '90's.
The article in the book explains about the constant struggle between the creative forces behind "Batman" and the folks at Fox Standards and Practices. They wanted to keep Batman dark and gritty, but with the label of "kids show" on them, there was a lot of conflict.
This editorial cartoon, if you will, is depicted several things you're not supposed to show in a kids show, can you find them all?
