This is my oldest daughters name. This was my first tattoo when I was 18 years old. Jillian Noel was born with a physical threatening disability, they said she would not live past 4 months old. Its now 2008 and she is almost 6 years old. Alive, breathing, and being the beautiful little girl she is today. But still handicapped, but getting better. Her disability never gets worse, it only gets better.
