This is a colaboration of fantasy layout vs. change in appearance. The soldiers aren't in full detail yet. In fact they're pretty much in coloring book phase, lol, almost no detail at all, very basic. We're trying to put together a background, or addition, so I don't wanna detail the soldiers until I can see how the rest will play into the whole. The cross is actually one that a buddy did awhile back, it was a first tattoo, and it was all black work, with like spider tribal sprawling out of it. I re-hardlined the cross and the tribal, as well as closing of the tribal to secure a kinda "banners," look. Anyway, the blue blend came out awesome, and I shaded it slightly to give it more depth, and more pleasing to the eye.
