My Boyfriend is the one that I did the tat on and no he hasn't been locked up. It is a part of his heritage. The whole earning thing is for kids playing games still. When your an adult and you decide on a tattoo it should be something that is a part of you as a person. Not some rightful passage or respect thing amongst thugs. And he is from California and his family is straight out of mexico.
