Hey thats bullshit....i believe people with tats can be better at work that peole without....they try to improve themselves higher...as they do with their body....
I can´t "show" my tats either in my work, and i don't have half of the ones you have....my coutry is also very conservative(Portugal)...a lot more.
I'm sure you'll find a better job..

I feel your pain. I work in corporations and they are not allowed to discriminate outly about tattoos etc. but you can bet they don't want to see them. I am bound by my long sleeve shirts and pants to cover my art. I am sure you have a good case to fight back but are better off working in a nicer place. good luck!
