Bomber, The Artist is Steve Howard. He was part owner of Eternal Art in Upminster, Essex but now works at Cult Classics in Romford, UK. Hope this helps. He's a great artist but you wont find a lot of his work online. As far as i know, he only does Japanese work. He done the inside of my arm earlier in the year with another Water Lily as my daughters name is Lily. I havnt posted any pics yet. Hope this helps.
