mermaid with orb
this is on my shin. next to the dolphins and sea life. not crazy about the face. i think it is the lack of outline on the lips?? it doesnt all fit in one photo so i will be posting multiple pics

Yeah, some lip liner to make them pop, not to dark, just a shade or two darker than they are now! ;o)

You know I love this tat, but I guess I'll have to jump in here with my 2cents..I disagree, at least right now...I think the artists concept is valid right now, tho I may change my mind as the art heals and the figure takes effect. I think the lips will, as the skin tone developes, will be as they should be..it's like when you questioned the line breaks in the arm, again, the concept is to portray the elbow as if one were looking at a person head on, you wouldnt see the line, and since the tat is one dementional, it's important, I think, to give the look as the arm is bending, know what I mean? so, I think Loo's idea is that after healing, the face, as well as the lips and the rest of it, will soften and those things that need to be strong, will be strong in the look of it all...course, if you want lines on the lips, you want lines..but I'm not agreeable right now to second guess the artist, I'm willling to wait and see if it is as he thought as to how you wanted it to be...other than that, I agree with all said, it's an awesome tattoo, and just another step in the continueing landscape of what you envision this leg panel to eventually end up to be...sorta like your magic kingdom beginning on your arm sleeve...now those ARE bad inkings as pertaining to the lineage, that I understand and totally agree with...

Yeah maybe outline the lips or have them made a darker color maybe? I like her! She's awesome. Loving the green.
