Ok you guys, this is not my arm, it's Brandon Boyd from Incubus. Here is what it is.
Inspired by the art of Aubrey Vincent Beardsley, 1872 - 1898.
Brandon's forearm tattoo is based on the 1892 pen and ink drawing
titled "The Peacock Skirt" and an archival photo of Beardsley.
