This definitely doesn't mean what you think it means. ? is "relationship", ? is "mediocre", and ? is literally "nun" or more commonly in slang, "bitch". Since there's no grammar, it's gibberish, but I mean, "Mediocre relationship bitch?" Not something I'd want on my body
Dude, for future reference, the correct katakana for your name are: ?????(Jo-va-ni) or ??????(Jo-va-n-ni, has an extra "n" syllable in there) Not as cool looking I guess, but better than "mediocre relationship bitch".
EDIT: Doesn't seem that Japanese characters work in the comments. Look up a Katakana chart on Google, they're really easy to use and they'll help you for a correct tattoo in the future
