cover ups for an old tattoo is a bit of a challenge for me. i was tempted to do an all tribal design here but i doubt, if it will work. good thing is its a little faded and not an all black tattoo, coz the only way to cover black is to use black.
i went with a koi design as it is very flexible to design. this image is the first session and i'll be coloring the koi fish with a bright red orange tone. 3 1/2 hrs of straight sitting will take its toll on the skin. specially if there's is an old one to cover up.
the progress is good enough for now.
