Ok, for those who know who this is, very awesome. For those who do not, This is a piece that Von Dutch did in the 70's for a Hot Rod Magazine article. He's a infamous painter/pin striper in the days of 'kustom kulture'. He's also known for the flying eyeball which I'm sure everyone has seen around in various designs.
Yes, I'm an avid Von Dutch fan =)
