Covered up a small tattoo on upper arm and turned into whole sleeve.Koi head is part of old tattoo and concept was to have Koi tattoo looking as if it were ripped off with skin.I had two artist work this piece-Tony from New Breed tattoo(upper arm) and John Peterson from alien Skin tattoo(lower arm).A little over 30 hours total time invested.
