Girl, half zombie half beautiful, eating a heart.. For me stands for the evil, and the good in the world (both sides of her face).. The heart is what you stand for, and the evil half is eating that, or trying to take you down from what you stand for. The roses represent positivity, meaning stay true to what you stand for.
