  it's sunblock. I used to use it when snorkeling or scuba diving. WAY waterproof and long lasting, one application lasted me all day long. goes on when you're wet or dry, I found it works a lot better if you apply it about 30 minutes before you leave to go outside so it has time to dry completely. Congrats on the new tat.
