  Dont speak the chinese and japanese characters have different meaning, even thought the characters might be the same as the chinese characters.
  Oh and as far as I know...lasers only destroy the ink in the skin...but it does burn some of the surrounding skin and leaves a very light discoloration on your skin...your skin should still take ink in the same spot.
