My StoryHiiii.. I'm Noelle, currently stationed in Germany for the AF. I only have three tattoos so far... No butterflies, no "tramp stamp." Every tattoo I have has meaning to me. My wings were to represent freedom and finally being out on my own when I graduated from basic training.
