I only just started getting tattoos. My first one was almost on a whim. It was actually a first date. I had been thinking of getting a tattoo for about five years and had a butterfly drawn out. The artist who was tattooing my date took that drawing and used the elements from it to draw the butterfly that I have on my back. I'm still trying to figure out how to color it in. If you have any interesting ideas let me know. As many know, that first tattoo sparked an addiction in me. I needed more. Currently I only have black ink and I have 5 tattoos. Although I've only actually sat through three tattoo sessions, so however you want to count them. The latest ones were the stars on the back of my arms. Originally my design concept was to draw spirals on the back of my arms. Struggling with the ability to draw spirals that would look good on that part of the body he came up with the concept of the stars with the shaded spiral in them. I think that they have a sort of cut out affect. I have lots of plans for further ink and am about to take the plunge and get some color put on me.
