    hey there,

my boyfriend cat has typed up some useful info about what we need, he works as an artworker and colour re-toucher for a well know high street clothing store working on model shots for posters so he knows his stuff - see below, hopefully this will help, look forward to hearing back from you soon:

Ok hear goes as you can imagine we are receiving pictures from different people with various amounts of knowledge from all over the world...

Here is a brief guide as to how we would like your pictures to be:

Most digital cameras take there pictures at 72dpi, for print purposes we have to resize these up to 300dpi an this alters the size/quality of your pictures,

This means Picture sizes need to be no less than, 65cm or 650mm high at 72 DPI - Or 1840 pixels high

These sizes should equate to around 9mb + when open at full size

By saving your pictures as jpg files ready to e-mail this will mean the picture should be approx 2mb (do not send the file size larger than 5mb when compressed, otherwise it wont come through on e-mail)

Other things to take into consideration are the sharpness of your picture an also think about your pose and surroundings.. it sounds daft but think about how long its been since you took your bra off or sock depending on where your tattoo is as these leave indents in the skin that don't look nice on a finished picture, although I can professionally retouch your images it is better if the surrounding area is a nice back drop an that the tattoo looks perfect,

Hope this helps if you have any trouble don't hesitate to get in touch via Liz.

    many
    thanks...
    Cat
