HAHA I thought that would get your attention (i know what you were all thinking) .

Well have a great weekend all oh ok then just a quick one ( no pun intended)

3 Nuns in a country park on a lovely summers day sitting on a bench , when all of a sudden a man jumps out from behind a tree and flashes them.
2 of the nuns had a stroke, but the 3rd couldnt reach.

Phil i wont ask on why or HOW you have a bad back , but maybe some else will haha take it easy there.
