a baby boy :)
since i started to see a new doctor due to the last place saying i could only have my baby at UTMB in Galveston.. (an hour away from where i live) i decided to see someone downtown.. and the first thing you see during the ultrasound is my boys pecker..lol..
talk about amazing..
i kinda couldnt wait till the 1st and i need to start planning the baby shower too..
so there it is.. im having a boy!!! -
awwwwww congrats!! boys are awesome :-) if you're gonna circumsize, do NOT go in with him. i almost passed out

girlgotjokes-i had picked out baby shower invites and now am changing them to something less feminine.. and have to return the girl outfit my mom bought me in hoping it was a girl.. but im ready to look at all the boy stuff now that i know :)

but any advice will do.. although girls are a bigger handful than boys. -
Congrats!!! I have 2 boyz and they are the best things ever! The cutting is more tramatic for the parent than the child all though the screams are pretty loud :-( Good Luck!!!

Fantastic news. Little boys are a lot of fun, but watch out when you are changing his nappy, they get pretty good with their aim, lol.

maybe hers were cut in the hospital right away. i know i had to wait to get my boys done.. tyler was 10 days because he was in ni-cu and jordan was almost a month old because i just didnt do it, i had too much other stuff on my mind. :-) also, the hospital where i had them wouldnt do the circ.

good idea, he'd know if they do it in the hospital. but you know, its actually a pediatrition that does it... :-) o and another little pointer, dont forget to fill out any insurance paperwork ASAP. i totally forgot w my first and had to really scramble to get his own insurance, rather than have him on mine.

I have 4 boys myself...and a girl too..she wraps me around her little finger and I am helpless when she wants something..how sad is that? LOL

I had all girls so I can't really tell ya much about the circumcision, but I will say this, make them do it before you leave the hospital!
My 2 oldest girls had boy's and you def don't wanna go in, however babies do have a natural pain kill, we're all born with it, we just don't all use it, I went with my first 2 grandsons and they only cried for a few seconds and they was fine!

yeah they do forget pain pretty quick :o) iv had to help when lil ones have blood tests n stuff n they only cry for a min then are perfect again lol well unless they are hungry at the time hehe.
me being a stupid brit but is circ the done thing in the US then?? :o/ -
Congrats! Age 3-4 seems to be when leaping off of things and ER visits escalate. Have fun with him! :-)

I personally think its the best thing in the long run...
I know a guy that wasn't circumcised and he kept getting infection's, he was in the military, he went and had it done at 21 years of age, he said he wanted to kill his parents for not having it done when he was little! ;-) lol
He couldn't have sex for a month!
But in the end it's your decision...

aww! Congrats! How sweet! I have 1 girl and 1 boy, and let me tell you, boys are soooo much easier and soooo much more loving toward their moms. He will steal your heart <3, I know mine did.

Congrats sweetheart a boy you are blessed with and I know you will do the right thing about the circum just do your reasearch and learn all you can befor having it done (just because they tell you you should is not a valid reason )

Thats really cool, congrats, at least you wont have the worries you get with a girl, like loser boyfriends and worrying when they're out late.
I always thought Neil was a good strong name.Oh and if you do decide to give him the chop, for the love of everything thats holy do it at an age so as he wont remember a thing about it, no man should have that sort of memory, lol. Best of luck to all three of you. x
