Did you add some new photos of the sleeve? I didn't see them on your page, I would love to see how it turned out. Whoever is doing that work is very good, he tattoos the way I imagine how old school should turn out in my head. I don't have an artistic bone in my body, so it's hard for me to explain to artists what I am thinking on a new design and the final work never looks how I imagined it should.
