Well that was a pretty great meaning i'll say, but i understand why you want to change it. You probably(most likely) know that the stars like yours - sailors and soldiers got for guidence and protection. I really like that meaning. Maybe you should work from there. Get the colors that would inhance it. If you still can't decide on the colors maybe you should leave it black and white just add more design to them? Its a nice contrast too, cuz white is purity and also could be a start to a new beginning, as black is death, earth and stability - which to me means a balance in life. I hope i helped at least a little :)

im quite keen on the red/black combo on those kinda stars but id say def look into the meanings of the colours on them, good luck deciding :o)

hi..i love stars..like all comments above stars can have many meanings even special meanings personal to you like your original idea.
i getting my stars done i finally made the appointment!1 they sybolise my grandma, grandad, n my dad who have all passed away..im gonna go for maybe one just outlined, another a colour, the other maybe outlined with a touch of colour, but ive seen stars with swirly pattern inside...let your imagination run wild after all your imagination is your limit lol xx
