Best Remedy for a Hangover
(from someone who has an iron liver.)

Drink a glass of water for every alcoholic beverage you have, I personally keep bottled water in my cooler with my beer, when I got to parties. This keeps you hydrated (the reason you have a hang over to begin with.) then, try to stay up at least an hour, before going to bed, after you stop drinking. This gives your body time to absorb the alcohol and start processing it and have another glass of water.

The next day, have yourself some bacon with your breakfast. Yes, I know that sounds crazy, but the bacon has something in it, that makes you feel better within ten minutes of consuming it, when you have a hang over. Follow these simple steps and you'll never feel like shit. You can also substitute gatoraide for water.

Best cure for a hangover is to have a hayfever tablet before you start drinking, it works like a charm swear to god.

I'm going to take my little girl out trick or treating tonight and when I finally manage to get her little sugar addled brain calmed down enough for her to go to sleep I've got the flat to my self as Jo's going to watch pink in concert, so probably drinking on my own and watching crappy scary movies all night.
