thanks. i have family members with diabetes, but my friend invited me to walk with her and her family cuz she lost her grandma a couple years ago due to her complications from it.

well, i just cleaned my room. i might put on a movie. i was thinking hostel 2 cuz i've had it since it came out and never watched it. whoops. haha. what are you up to?

oh lovely. i ate a couple hours ago. i try not to eat after 8pm. i put myself on a diet.

it is a good rule. but it's soooo hard. so if i ever break it, it's for something healthy. we don't really keep junk food in the house. i'm not a sweets fan. so i snack on dry fiber cereal or make a cup of green tea and it seems to do the trick.

my trick is to put grapes in the freezer...if i ever find myself hungry late at night, i just snack on a handful of those. frozen grapes are delicious!

ooh. i love grapes. i actually have a bag of red ones in the fridge. i like to freeze them sometimes too.

That's kind of a tough one. But I'm content with what I'm doing right now. This is my norm for the weekend and I don't mind it. What about you?

i am so jealous. haha. I want to venture around the whole country to get a feel for it. But my mom was born in Rota near the beach.

well, me and a friend of mine are planning a trip for next summer (hopefully). my dream is to visit every country my family is from. i've only got one down, but the rest are in europe and we both decided we'd go together.
