I think bows are pretty and girly...Maybe you should so for hearts, stars or swirls...or go the opposite way and have a skull! lol

Indeed it would be much easier if we saw a picture of the tattoo but Ill give it a shot.

Depending on how good the artist is where you go to get the tattoo...the tat artist could have a Sparrow holding the bow in its mouth at the top where it loops...and to add a little deatil to the the bow ask the artist to add creases to the bow close to the mouth of the Sparrow so it looks like its actually carrying it in its mouth.
